amenity.Avida floor expansion joint covers provide solutions not only for construction movement but also for 

all construction problems being triggered, and reduce lots of floor maintenance work brought by construction 

cracks, crack leakage, and other latent risks of construction physical expansion or compression.

AQTO-1 is a Concrete Building Floor Small Compression Joints Solution  consisting of one flush  rubbery  strip and extruded aluminum bevel sides.

Details

Its middle rubbery strip adopts elastic neoprene to accommodate construction expansion or compression. 

Thismodel suits for 70-100mm floor expansion joint width. Its flush surface design is for easy maintenance. 

Its side aluminum profile is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. 

The bevel side profile with grooved lines is designed for slip resistance. The aluminum is anodized for high 

corrosion resistance. A sliding groove on other side of bevel profile is for inserting rubbery cover.

Its installation is conducted on job site with screws securing. AQTO-1 is directly mounted on floor surface. 

Securing holes on aluminum profile should be drilled prior to any installation work.

Packaging & Shipping

1.AVIDA expansion joint covers would be carefully and meticulously dismantled first, and then packed by our

 own workers in three layers, that is pearl cotton, paper box and wooden case. Pictures bellow are taken on 

site.

2.Normally, order products would be shipped in 15 days after deposit received. Please kindly know that real 

shipping date is according to order quantity, customer special requests and other practical conditions.

3.We usually choose Shanghai port to ship products for our customers given     practical order large quantity.  For special request or free samples, we also take air into consideration. Please kindly understand that transportation methods are nailed finally by mutual negotiation in line with actual
